Sorbet or Granita

A sample menu consist of Bitokina di Vitello e Wayyu Beef in Crema di Asiago Tartufata which is Veal and Wagyu Beef Patties on Truffle Asiago Cream Cheese served with deep-fried Breaded Shitake Mushroom and followed by Sorbet or Granita to cleanse your palate before the main course. The Chitarra Cacio Pepe e Tartufo, homemade pasta with Cream, Parmesan Cheese, Pecorino Cheeese and Black Pepper Truffle Sauce is served as the main course that is topped with the flavourful truffles and ended with Mascarpone Cream with homemade Lady Finger and Espresso, the Tira Mi Su' dessert.
