THE SH7K CHARITY RUN CONTINUES ... #SH7K2019
Sutera Harbour 7K Charity Run is an excellent run that caters to families and individual runners alike. This year, we hit the big 19 years and we are more than happy to announce that it is happening on Saturday, 27.7.19 flagging off at 17:00hours! So mark your calendar and run with us.
The registration fee is at RM45.00 per adult and RM35.00 per student/child. There is also a Group Offer for 15 persons and above at RM40.00 per person. All registration is inclusive of the 7K Micro Dry T-shirt. This year, we are targeting 10,000 runners.
The runners will run along the Sutera Harbour Boulevard towards Tanjung Aru Traffic Light and U-turn heading to Coastal Highway. The runners will then enter the Imago Link Bridge, passing by Gleneagles Kota Kinabalu, Kota Kinabalu Times Square before returning to Sutera Harbour Resort by making a U-turn at the end of the junction of Imago Shopping Mall.
Continuing the 7K traditions, no prizes will be given to the winners, as this run is not a competition. The only prizes are for the lucky draw winners that will be given out during the 7K Post Run Concert, back at the Covered Tennis Court.
All net proceeds from this event will be distributed equally to the 7K Beneficiaries, comprising Sabah Thalassaemia Society and Special Olympics Sabah.
Sutera Harbour Resort hopes the funds collected from the 7K Run will assist Sabah Thalassaemia Society and Special Olympics to continue their admirable efforts in helping the members of their respective organizations.
The total amount collected will be announced and divided equally between the beneficiaries. These funds are collected through various means via the 7K Run including registration, cash sponsorships as well as the 7K School Collection Cards.
The details of the 7K Pack Collections will be announced at a later date via Sutera Harbour Resorts social media platform and through the registered runner’s email.

43rd Anniversary Double Six Tragedy
Today, 6 June 2019 marks the 43rd anniversary of Sabah's worst plane crash tragedy. Together with family members of the victims, Deputy CEO of Sutera Harbour Resort Gerard Tan laid a wreath of flowers at the Double Six Monument to honor the lives and memories of their loved ones.
