Promenade Hotel Sdn Bhd is a successful local chain hotel operating in Sabah, Malaysia that owns and manages Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu – a 4-Star International Business Class City Hotel strategically located in the heart of Kota Kinabalu City - the state capital of Sabah. Due to its consistently excellent overall performance since its birth in 1997, Promenade Hotel Sdn Bhd was officially appointed by Sabah Urban Development Corporation Sdn Bhd (SUDC) to manage its building in the district of Tawau, Sabah as Promenade Hotel Tawau in Year 2009.

Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu (the Corporate Office of Promenade Group of Hotels) was built in the fast growing Api-Api Centre – a self contained commercial development area on a 28-acre reclaimed land. This RM130 million hotel is designed to make the most of its central location and majestic views of the islands in the pristine South China Sea. It was soft-opened on 27th February 1997; officially launched by Malaysia’s 4th Prime Minister Tun Dr. Seri Dr. Mahathir Mohammad on 17th August 1997 and certified ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Compliant in 2011.
