Runway Café , Tanjung Aru introducing its latest signature dishes at the café in conjunction with October promotion. The kitchen team headed by Chef Wong Chee Vui with 15 years of cooking experience who is a local chef from Membakut, Sabah. Chef Wong gets his inspiration on producing his signature dishes from his culinary experiences and feedback from the customer food preferences. Runway Café normally will revise their a la carte menu at least once in 3 months and comes up with signature dishes promotion on a monthly basis.
Among the signature dishes featured for month of October are Emperor bean curd with spinach and abalone sauce, homemade tofu with abalone mushroom, Hiong Tai Mai crispy noodle, fried bitter gourd with salted egg yolk, green curry fish head, yam ring and garlic fried rice with anchovies. Also featured in the promotion are specialty Runway mocktail drinks such as blended milky grass jelly, moon glow, bandung sunset, iced coffee and tea mocktails.
Runway Café establish since 2008 with a fusion concept restaurant serving authentic Chinese, Malay, Baba Nyonya, Western and local cuisine.
