Dreamtel Kota Kinabalu, proudly to present their first signature dish, Dreamtel Tuhau Chicken.

Chef Guy Alden, Head Chef of Dreamtel Kota Kinabalu is the person behind this amazing fusion dish with a twist. He incorporates two of the local favourite ingredients, tuhau, a type of wild ginger and local wild mango bambangan simply exquisite combination.
