TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This contest is open to all Malaysians and permanent residents of Malaysia of age 18 & above, except the employees and their immediate family members of Suria Sabah Shopping Mall management, its appointed advertising and public relations consultants, and tenants.
This contest will run from 12 December 2015 to 10 April 2016. The organizer shall reserve the right to amend the contest period at any time. The closing date shall be 10 April 2016 until the last 30 minutes before it is drawn. Late submissions will not be entertained.
Participants can redeem the lucky draw ticket from our Information Counter with their original receipts (no copy receipts are allowed). The original receipts will be kept by our management for verification and reference. For every aggregate purchaser of RM 100 in maximum two (2) receipts on the same day shall entitle the participant to redeem one lucky draw ticket.
An entry form is deemed complete by fulfilling the following requirements:
(a) Minimum spend of RM100 in maximum two (2) receipts in Suria Sabah Shopping Mall;
(b) Redemption of the entry form must be made on the same day as the purchases;
(c) Fill in all personal particulars and spending details required in the entry form;
(d) Answer all questions correctly in the entry form; and
(e) Submit the entry form at the allocated Lucky Draw Box. Participants are allowed to submit as many entries as they desire;
(f) No photocopies of tickets are allowed;
(g) Not applicable for receipts from money changers, push carts, kiosks, temporary vendors, promotional roadshows, any form of top-ups, reloads & bill payments of any kind.
Suria Sabah Shopping Mall reserves the right to disqualify incomplete or/and illegible entries.
The lucky draw decision is final and no correspondence thereon will be entertained.
Each winner or participant is entitled to win only one (1) prize for each draw event.
Suria Sabah Shopping Mall reserves the right to substitute any of the prizes with other prize of similar value at any time without prior notice. All prizes are not transferable, not resalable and not exchangeable for cash.
All winners will be informed via telephone or email. In the event the winner cannot be contacted for any reason after three (3) consecutive days of continuous attempts by Suria Sabah Shopping Mall, the winner will be automatically disqualified and a new winner will be selected in his/ her place by the management.
Winners will be notified when the prize is ready for collection from Suria Sabah Shopping Mall. The prize shall be collected personally by the winners at the risk and cost of the respective winners.
In the event the winner fails to collect his/ her prize within 30 days after notification, he/ she waives all claims and rights to the prize, which the prize shall then be used according to the absolute discretion of the management.
All winners are required to produce their identification card for verification upon collection of prize(s).
Suria Sabah Shopping Mall reserves the right to publish or display the names and photographs of winners for advertising and publicity purposes or any other use as the management deems fit and without prior notice, unless prohibited by law.
By participating in this contest, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, and the decision of the Organiser.
Participants and winners shall assume full liability and responsibility in case of any liability, mishap, injury, damage, claim, accidents (including death) resulting from their participation in this contest, redemption and or utilization of the prizes and agree to release and hold the organiser free and harmless of any liability.
