Among the dishes featured in Metropot's Merdeka Fusion Special are nasi lemak set menu with a choice of either fish or chicken served with fragrant rice infused with sweet potato, fried anchovies, egg and spicy "sambal" or Kuzi paste priced at RM17+ per set. Also featured in the promotion are Chef's Tony special of the month such as braised oxtail with herbs priced at RM35+, braised lamb belly with coffee sauce priced at RM30+, sauteed seafood meatball with spicy jellyfish priced at RM20+ and chili priced at RM15+
