Kota Kinabalu 20 July 2015 – Let’s celebrate health, wellness and fitness at the MyGreen Health Fair this weekend from 24th to 26th of July at the Oceanus Waterfront Mall! More than thirty establishments will showcase their products and services, inviting visitors to experience and rejuvenate themselves, getting to know local wellness outlets, witness health product demonstrations and participate in active fitness activities throughout the weekend.

My Green Health Fair will also showcase fitness demonstrations and activities, organised by JuaraGym, in collaboration with Sabah Functional Athletics Society, The Fitness Movement and various fitness instructors from Kota Kinabalu. Highlights include Functional Training, Yoga with master Deepak of India, Salsa Night at FRUTO, Fuze Fitness by Aza, featuring Michelle Koh, and ZUMBA Fitness by Chacha.

Various stage activties have been planned during MyGreen Health Fair. This includes a healthy cooking demonstration by Thermomix, dance showcase by Infinity Dance Studio, beauty demonstration by Rozsall Beauty Academy, Awareness campaign join hand by CanCare Sabah @ WD Unique and Kinabalu Pink Ribbon, and many more.

MyGreen Health Fair includes the following areas: Beauty & Make-up Zone, Health Food Zone, Spa Zone, Beauty Academy, and Cosmetic, fitness zone. For the first time, CanCare Sabah @ WD Unique will join the fair to promote Camisole Mastectomy Wear & Chemotherapy Accessories.
