Chef Joseph Chang featuring his latest signature dishes at E West Restaurant for the month of April.
The Signature dishes are mostly some familiar local Chinese dishes which is affordable, with a new twist of cooking style and preparations.
Among the dishes featured during the food review is Crab Meat and Osmanthus with Vegetarian Shark Fins Soup, Herbal Chicken, Honey Sesame Chicken, Sizzling Mongolian Lamb, Black Pepper Beef with Crispy Kailan Leaves, BBQ Lamb Ribs, Stir Fried Bean Curd with Bamboo Shoots.

In Addition to the new signature dishes, E West also having a dim sum promotion exclusively for Jesselton Diners Card Holder. Jesselton Diner's members are entitled to get 1 set of dim sum for free with every purchase of 5 sets dim sums.
