Kota Kinabalu: To recognised best-supporting business partners and to express appreciation for their contribution, Hotel Grandis hosted a Hawaiian-themed Appreciation Night on the 30th of November 2017 at North Borneo Cruise - A spacious 28 feet catamaran.

During his speech, General Manager, Mr Michael Tan, highlighted over the past many months, Sabah had witnessed a significant increase of tourist arrival and business activities from the local corporate and government sectors. The great work that each partner had contributed did not go unnoticed. For the past 3 years, Grandis had received support from local and also from as far as China, Korea, Australia, UK and Europe. Becuase of the loyalty, support and partnership, Grandis is able to ride on their success. Mr Tan stressed on that: "together we can achieve greater success"

Grandis will continue with the effort to served the guests better and add on more value such as upgrade our room amenities and food menu in 2018. The name of Grandis will continue to grow. A video presentation was showcased on the future development plan and projects. Grandis will be adding at least 2 hotels in Kota Kinabalu i.e. 3 stars and 5 stars as well as planning a 5-star resort nearby. On top of that Grandis will be introducing for the very first time in Kota Kinabalu, Airbnb type of development. The initiative is for Grandis to become one of the popular local hotel brands in Kota Kinabalu and strive as one of the contributors to ensuring the Tourism industry will continue to grow and prosper in Sabah.
