The cheerful and bubbly as ever Celebrity Chef Florence Tan officiated her presence in Kota Kinabalu by preparing her 3 signature lip-smacking dishes namely Pie Tee, Chicken Pongteh, Spicy Creamy Prawns with Pineapple (Udang Masak Lemak Nenas Nyonya) in half an hour cooking demo, which was officially witnessed by Datuk Dr. Yeo Boon Hai - Mayor of Kota Kinabalu city hall and Datuk Joniston Bangkuai, Chairman of Sabah Tourism Board at Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu's 24 hours coffeehouse- Promenade Cafe.
