Term & Conditions:
- Membership only valid for 12 months from the date apply.
- F&B discount are applicable at Rosea Cafe, Piano Lounge and Sky Blu Bar. Discount are applicable for food and beverages, and exclude alcoholic drinks and any F&B promotions.
- F&B discounts are not applicable for dinner on Valentine's Day, Easter Sunday, Mother's Day, eve of Mother's Day, eve of Chinese New Year, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Year's eve.
- Children below 6 years old dine free of charge for buffet at Rosea Cafe when dining together with parent who is card holder.
- Children between 6-12 years old will enjoy 50% discount on the buffet at Rosea Cafe and will not be counted for the discount structure.
- Lost or stolen cards must b reported to the Hotel Grandis membership office at +6088 522 883 so that the membership can be voided and a new card with new membership number can be issued. The replacement card will cost RM20.00
- Cancellations will only be honored up to two (2) weeks from the purchase date of the membership. The hotel reserves the right to levy a cancellation charge. No refund will be entertained after 2 weeks from the purchase date.
- Membership cards must be presented upon request. F&B discount cannot be applied without the presentation of the F&B diner membership card.
- This membership is not transferrable.
