Chef Cai Shou Zhong of E West Restaurant came all the way from Guongzhou, China with more than 10 years of culinary experiences presenting his latest signature dishes at E-west Restaurant.
Resulting to the latest new trend in the market as well as from his year of experience in culinary specialty in Cantonese cuisine, most of the dishes are from his own experimental.
The restaurant current plans include introducing an exciting range of new Cantonese style signature dishes which also will be featured in function catering package.s Among the latest signature dishes are black vinegar duck, stir fried lotus root and black fungus, Kaiyang hot pot, fried chicken gristle with tea leaves. stewed Goat Belly with Chinese Yam and Carrots, Sizzling stuffed eggplant with black pepper sauce, chicken with orange sauce and pickled black fungus.
Reviews and feedback from customers have been on the positive side at the moment and generally receive good comments on the quality of food being served. Most of our customers will normally try out Chef Cai's signature dishes.
E-West Restaurant established since in the 90s and moved to a new building in year 2014 just next to the previous building. The previous building then was renovated for another western outlet called the 5th Avenue Bistro and Cafe, start operating since February 2015. The restaurant serves authentic Cantonese style cooking and dim sum as well. it has a warm cosy ambience, fully air-conditioned, provides comfy to customers while dining in the outlet and ample free car park for all the customers.
E-West open daily from 8am till 12midnight which can accommodate 100 diners, while E-West banquet hall can accommodate at least 200 seats for dinner function. if both banquet hall and restaurant combine, the space can accommodate up to 300-320 seats.
