Chef Liew who has more than 20 years of working experience in the Chinese Kitchen since he was 17 years old, introducing his latest signature dishes at Tasty Kitchen, Airways for this coming August promotion.
Among the signature dishes that were served to the members of the media are roasted duck, garlic chicken, pipa chicken, koo law nyuk lamb, Hakka style yam lamb, ginger ostrich, claypot chicken with salted fish, claypot potato chicken, vegetarian dish called "Eight Treasures", steamed slice Grouper Hong Kong Style, shredded duck with seasonal vegetables and ostrich with fried ginger.
All new dishes will be available soon in August and will also be featured in their catering dishes too.
Tasty Kitchen, Airways opens daily from 8am till 12 midnights and able to cater dinners up to 130 pax. Those who wish to hold a private functions or events at the restaurant, may contact 088-735619/735618 or hotline 016-8206684.
