This win marks Mah Sing fifth consecutive win as The Top 10 Developers for BCI Asia.

The BCI Asia Top Ten Awards has successfully placed itself among the most coveted awards for the Asian building and design industry. Held in seven different Asian territories; Hong Kong SAR, Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam, the Top Ten Awards recognizes developer and architecture firms with the highest value portfolios of projects during the last full calendar years.

Mah Sing is the only Malaysian company conferred as a winner in the Best Brand in Property & Lifestyle Development while Tan Sri Leong is the only winner for the Lifetime Achievement Award.

About Global Branding Awards 2015

The Global Branding Awards was established with the aim of honouring excellence in brand performance and rewarding companies across different sectors.

The Lifetime Achievement Award 2015 was conferred to Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong who founded the plastics manufacturing division in 1979 and listed Mah Sing on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange in 1992. Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Leong further maximized shareholders’ value and passion for property in 1994 when he successfully ventured into property development.
