NOVOTEL KOTA KINABALU 1BORNEO BUILDS EDIBLE GINGERBREAD HOUSE

 

Kota Kinabalu:  21^st December 2012 – Novotel Kota Kinabalu 1Borneo constructed a gingerbread house in conjunction with Christmas and New Year celebration.

 

 

“The preparation has been going on since 16^th November, while intense baking and decorating marathon started since 26^th November. The display is covered entirely with gingerbread and includes a range of candy and other edible décor.” said Norafida Ramlee – Communications Manager of Novotel Kota Kinabalu 1Borneo. “According to World Record Gingerbread Houses, the spiced cookie became iconic once they were featured in the Grimm brothers fairy tales like Hansel and Gretel.” she added.

 

The edible house is currently on display at its main lobby and will remain available for public viewing until end of the year.
