A must this Chinese New Year is the Auspicious Yee Sang Set. Choose your favorite between traditional vegetable Yee Sang with fresh fruits an sesame dressing, Salmon Yee Sang with sweet turnip and sesame dressing, or the sliced Abalone Yee Sang with snow pearl and sesame dressing priced from RM65.00nett onwards. This year, Chef Louie have prepared two sets of 9-course Golden Reunion Menu at RM1,688.00nett for Set 1 and RM1,888.00nett for Set 2, each sets for 10 persons. Set 1 menu includes Sliced Abalone Yee Sang, Standing Roasted Village Chicken, Indonesian-style Wok-fried Prawns with Curry Leaves and Stewed Sea Cucumber with Dried Oysters, Goose Web and Fatt Choy.
