E West launched their latest Dome set promotion in addition to their current banquet hall menu selection. Due to countless inquiry received from the customers on Dome set for function catering, E West Head Chief Chinese Kitchen – Chef Joseph Chang created a special Dome menu that will be available for catering booking starting from 27 May until 26 June 2017.

 A set of the Dome priced at RM488+ for 10 pax which consist of 8 items i.e. Beef Rendang, Udang Sambal Petai, Rebung Masak Lemak Cili Padi, Ayam Goreng Inchi Kabin, Assam Nyonya Fish Slice, Sayur Kacang Masak Sambal Belacan, Nasi Pandan and Coconut Pudding. Also, included in the set are complimentary air bandung and kurma (dates).

Head Chief Chinese Kitchen – Chef Joseph Chang, a 47 years old local chef with more than 20 years of experiences in culinary has worked in Austria back in the 90s. He came back in Sabah years after, since then worked in several outlets in town and mastering his cooking skills with variety of cooking style, be it the typical local Sabahan dishes, Western, Chinese and even Nyonya dishes. He wishes that, by featuring Nyonya dishes in E West Dome set latest promotion, will satisfy the demand from the customers.

E West banquet hall can cater almost all types of functions either corporate meetings and events, engagements, weddings, full moon parties, birthdays or any social events.
