A SABAHAN HEAD CHEF - CHEF GEOFRY PROMOTING HIS LATEST SIGNATURE DISHES AT BC BISTRO CAFÉ

Head Chef – Chef Geofry Sebastian launches his latest local specialties at BC Bistro Café which located at Sadong Jaya, Kota Kinabalu. A Sabahan Chef equipped with more than 10 years’ of culinary experiences, Chef Geofry is well-experienced in preparing mostly local and Asian fusion cuisine.

Among his latest local specialties for October promotion at BC Bistro are clay pot fish head asam pedas and Portugese chicken. Apart from that, he also introduces his best-selling and signature dish “daing na bangus” which is a fried milkfish Filipino style and also oxtail asam pedas. Other popular specialties that also available are dry butter prawn, salmon pasta, stir fried beef with cashew nut, Chinese style black pepper lamb, clay pot chicken rice and chicken teriyaki.
